Instructions
Use feather-like strokes to mimic hair for a natural appearance, concentrating application within the brow. For a more structured appearance, use the pencil to define the areas just above and below the brow as well, to reinforce the overall arch and shape. Only use the pencil where needed. Using it to create a solid, opaque brow will quickly deplete pencil lead. Pair with Quick Brow Powder to achieve this look. Do not roll the pencil up too far as the slim lead needs the support of the case. Following application, use spoolie wand to blend color and comb brow hair into place.
