Three forms of Calcium are intended to provide maximum nutritive support for bone health. 500 mg of Magnesium is the widely popular 2 to 1 ratio for Calcium to Magnesium. 100 percent of RDI of Vitamin D is added for more efficient Calcium ultization. Zinc and copper are added to help ensure adequate absorption of the essential minerals.
Suggested Usage: take four (4) capsules daily with food. Some people may prefer for optimal benefit to take two (2) capsules in the morning and two (2) capsules in the evening with a meal
