The cascara sagrada bark has been used for hundreds of years for various purposes, including as for occasional constipation relief.* Its also known as sacred bark and chittem bark. Natures Way Cascara Sagrada is a vegan formula that contains 270 mg per serving to help support digestive function.*
Suggested Usage: Adults and children age 12 years and over: take 1 capsule with a full glass of liquid (8 ounces) at bedtime. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Do not take more than 1 capsule in a 24 hour period. Do not take more than 7 days as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence.
